Personal Safety & Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal safety and belongings during their stay. Casa Hannah cannot accept responsibility for injury, accidents, illness, lost items, stolen property, or personal inconvenience occurring during villa use or travel activities.
Activities & External Services
Guests participate in transportation, water activities, scooter rentals, surfing, diving, golf, and other external activities at their own discretion and risk. Third-party providers operate independently from Casa Hannah Villa.
Travel Delays & Disruptions
Casa Hannah cannot be held responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, airline disruptions, transportation issues, or external conditions beyond villa control.
Force Majeure & Unexpected Conditions
Certain situations such as severe weather, government restrictions, labor disputes, power interruptions, social unrest, illness outbreaks, or unexpected local conditions may affect travel and villa operations.
Pool, Wet Areas & Outdoor Space
Guests should use pool areas, stairs, wet surfaces, balconies, and outdoor spaces carefully at all times. Children must always be supervised by adults.
Glass Doors & Villa Features
Please remain attentive around sliding glass doors and tropical outdoor areas throughout the property.
Vehicle & Equipment Use
Guests using rental vehicles or external equipment during their Bali stay do so at their own responsibility.
Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements
Guests are responsible for valid passports, visas, insurance, and any required travel or health documentation before arrival in Indonesia.
